Hello friends,

My name is Julia Gillard.
Today, I decided to start an online internet diary to log the events of the upcomingLabor Party internal election.
I will use this web page not to campaign but rather to state my mind on all issues and events throughout my journey to possible leadership of the ALP into the 2007 election.

Kim has been one rude person to me lately. I can't even say hello to him.
Deary me, he does eat a lot. So many people have recommended dieting to him.
But, unfortunately, there are poor old dears like John who really upset the poor man, Kim.
For instance, just before Christmas, John baked Kim 2 chocolate mud cakes and took them into parliament with him and gave them to Kim right in front of everybody.
The poor dear, he was so upset.

It looks like I've racked up around 32/33 prospective votes, but hopefully, I am working hard, to change that up to around 40.
I can only hope my collegues can be smart enough to see that this country needs its first female prime minister. What Australia does not need is a fat prime minister.
Who has ever had a fat prime minister?
My point exactly, the world does not need free trade on food.

Things are tough and I am very nervous. Come Friday, we pray that myself, Julia Gillard will be head of the Australian Labor Party for the 2007 federal election.
